Six DZL scientists are among the "Highly Cited Researchers" 2021

Six DZL scientists belong to the most cited researchers worldwide in 2021, according to Clarivate Analytics. The company compiled an annual list of "Highly Cited Researchers." The current ranking includes 6,602 researchers from more than 70 countries and regions. In a country comparison, Germany ranks fifth with 331 "Highly Cited Researchers" in 2021, behind the U.S., the U.K., China, and Australia.

Clarivate determines annually how frequently scientific publications have been cited in the last ten years. Publications are considered to be often cited if they are among the top one percent of the most cited publications in their field in their year of publication.
