DZL faculty members address packed lecture hall at 4th Munich Lung Patient Forum.
On July 17 approximately 70 patients attended the 4th Lung Patient Forum at the Comprehensive Pneumology Center in Munich (CPC-M). The discussion topic was inflammation in chronic lung disease. Faculty from three DZL Partner Centers, Prof. Dr. Claus Neurohr and Prof. Dr. Rudolf Jörres (CPC-M), Prof. Dr. Claus Vogelmeier (UGMLC), and Prof. Dr. Marcus Mall (TLRC) addressed a packed lecture hall and covered a wide breadth of topics ranging from the basics of breathing to the causes and mechanisms of chronic lung disease. Recent advances in treatment approaches for chronic lung disease were also discussed.
