TELEMEdical moNiTORing for COPD Patients

In the TELEMENTOR COPD study, we want to investigate whether daily monitoring of symptoms, lung function and other bodily functions can lead to early detection of impending exacerbations and whether they can be mitigated or even reduced by means of a video consultation with healthcare professionals. The primary objective of the study is to investigate the effect of the study intervention on the number of protocol-defined pulmonary exacerbations in COPD patients compared to the control group.
