As part of a prospective, multicenter study, immunity to SARS-CoV-2 infections in vaccinated individuals will be investigated. Clinical, virological, and immunological data will be collected, standardized, integrated, and analyzed using swarm AI, in comparison with large existing datasets on primary SARS-CoV-2 infections from previous infection waves, which were created and jointly analyzed by members of the consortium.
Our goal is to understand the fundamentals of the interaction between host and pathogen in the context of SARS-CoV-2 immunity.
