Kaia COPD-App for Self-Management of symptomatic COPD through digital delivery of multimodal PR program

The primary objectives are to assess the effect of the intervention on physical exercise capacity (1MSTS) and health-related quality of life (CAT) in patients with COPD over 12 weeks as measured by comparing the change in number of repetitions and change in the CAT score, from baseline, in comparison to the control group (usual care).
