Eisen (Fehl-)Resorption bei Patienten mit pulmonal-arterieller Hypertonie [Iron-mal-absorption in patients with pulmonary arterial hypertension]

The primary objective of the study is to determine the iron resorption of oral iron in PAH patients with and without iron deficiency and healthy controls measured by a standardized iron absorption test (change from baseline to 3 hours post iron supplementation). Blood iron and further iron parameters are assessed at baseline and 3 hours after the intake of 200 mg Fe2+.
