The aim of the study CHANGE-MRI is to demonstrate that functional lung MRI can replace VQ-SPECT in a diagnostic strategy for patients with suspected CTEPH where positive findings are verified with catheter pulmonary angiography (CPA), or computed tomography pulmonary angiography (CPA).
