A study to investigate the effect of BGF MDI compared with placebo MDI on heart and lung function in participants with COPD and hyperinflation

Primary: To evaluate the effect of BGF relative to placebo on LVEDVi in participants with COPD and hyperinflation.
Second: To evaluate the effect of GF relative to placebo on the FRC/TLC ratio To evaluate the effect of BGF relative to placebo on the RV/TLC ratio
