A Randomised, Double-Blind, Placebo Controlled, Two-Part Study to Evaluate the Efficacy, Safety, Tolerability and Pharmacokinetics of a Repeat Dose of Inhaled ETD001 in People with Cystic Fibrosis (ET-ENAC-03)

The primary objective of the study is to assess the safety and tolerability of repeat inhaled doses of ETD001 in pwCF, compared to placebo(Part A) and to assess the effect of repeat inhaled doses of ETD001 on percent predicted forced expiratory (Part B) volume in 1 second (ppFEV1) in pwCF, compared to placebo. Until now we included 2 pt., plan to include 1-2 more.
