A prospective multicenter placebo-controlled trial to study the efficacy and safety of Tiotropium in preventing severe asthma exacerbations in partial and uncontrolled preschool asthma (TIPP)

The primary objective is to evaluate whether addition of Tiotropium via Respimat® to ICS prevents severe exacerbations.
