This will allow us to study microbiome evolution and lung \u201cdysbiosis\u201d (altered microbiome composition) not only in various chronic lung diseases, such as CF, non-CF bronchiectasis, COPD, BPD, asthma, lung fibrosis and end-stage lung disease but also in the context of acute COVID-19 infection and post-COVID-19 symptoms.
