ERS Long-Term Research Fellowships<\/span><\/h3>\n
\n
European Respiratory Society (ERS) Long-Term Research Fellowships support researchers and clinicians in the early stages of their careers to carry out basic, translational or clinical research projects lasting between 6\u201324 months. Fellowship recipients conduct projects at research institutions outside of their home country, enabling fellows to access and learn research techniques that are not available at their home institutions. Long-term fellowships are awarded annually based on scientific merit as well as the skills and experience that fellows can bring to the host institution.<\/div>\n

DGP-Kongress 2027: Call for abstracts<\/span><\/h3>\n

Present your latest study and research data at the DGP Congress 2027 in Cologne! With over 4.500 delegates, the congress offers an excellent opportunity to present your scientific findings to the respiratory medicine community in Germany.<\/span><\/p>\n

Abstracts may include contributions from basic and clinical research, as well as health services research and other fields of respiratory medicine. As a new format, we also accept\u00a0best case\u00a0reports,\u00a0<\/i>i.e. particularly instructive, unusual or practice-relevant cases from hospital-based and outpatient care. The best four abstracts will compete in the DGP Lounge for the prestigious DGP Abstract Awards, worth up to \u20ac 1,500 for first place.<\/span><\/p>\n

Please consult the\u00a0DGP website<\/a> for further information. The\u00a0<\/b>DGP congress is set at the Confex K\u00f6ln from March 3-6, 2027.<\/span><\/p>\n

Abstracts can only be submitted online via the congress website.<\/p>\n
